Welcome to our platform for repairs and upgrades.
We kindly ask you to apply first for an RMA number (Return Material Authorisation) to enable an optimal repair service.
Please be aware that the processing of your repair/upgrade is not possible without a generated RMA and that one RMA form needs to generated for each unit. Wrong completed RMA forms can lead to a delay in processing your request.
You will receive your RMA number in the following way:
Fill out the online service. Fields marked with (*) need to filled out in any case.
Return from an EU-Country:
If your company owns a VAT ID please mention this in the online form at the respective field. Otherwise we are forced to add German VAT (currently 19%).
At the end f the online form please select “request RMA number” (please note the marked hints in case the online form can not be sent).
You will now receive an RMA number within short notice to the email address selected.
Print out the completed service form and enclose it with the device.
The address for return is indicated on the second page of the online form.
Please pay attention to a secure packaging.
Please note that we at f.u.n.k.e. AVIONICS make every effort to return your equipment as quickly as possible. However, delays can not be excluded in case of complex defects or high numbers of repairs to be carried out in particular seasons.
You can query the status of your return under the index tab Status by entering your RMA number.
